Available Positions
1. Junior Mechanic
- Diploma or Certificate in Mechanical Engineering, Industrial Mechanics, or related field.
- 0–2 years of experience; fresh graduates considered.
- Basic knowledge of mechanical systems, pumps, mixers, compressors, and production machinery.
- Strong willingness to learn, teamwork, and problem-solving skills.

2. Executive I – Purchase
- Bachelor’s Degree in Logistics & Supply Chain Management, Management, or related field.
- 1–2 years of procurement experience (manufacturing or multinational preferred).
- Working knowledge of SAP and procurement systems.
- Strong organizational, multitasking, and communication skills.
Location: Addis Ababa
3. Executive I – Sales
- Bachelor’s degree in business-related field.
- 1–3 years of sales experience in building materials or FMCG.
- Proficient in trade sales activation and channel management.
- Knowledge of market trends and consumer behavior.

4. Executive I – Technology
- Bachelor’s degree in Chemistry, Chemical Engineering, Industrial Chemistry, or related field.
- 1–4 years of experience in chemical, paint, coating, or process manufacturing industries.
- Exposure to SAP or production software preferred.
- Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.

5. Colour Consultant
- Bachelor’s degree in Architecture, Interior Design, or related field.
- Experience in color consulting or interior design is an advantage.
- Proficient in Adobe Creative Suite and Microsoft Office applications.

6. Senior Executive – Purchase
- Bachelor’s degree in business-related field; Logistics/Supply Chain preferred.
- 5+ years of experience in import/export, raw material procurement in manufacturing, especially paint industry.
- Proficiency in bank transactions, customs, ESL, and government procedures.
- Fluent in Amharic and English.
