Position: Junior Physiotherapist

Deborah Foundation is seeking a compassionate and skilled Junior Physiotherapist to support children with intellectual disabilities through evidence-based physiotherapy interventions. The role requires strong technical knowledge, teamwork, and dedication to child-centered care.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s Degree in Physiotherapy from a recognized institution
  • Valid Physiotherapy License
  • Strong knowledge of neurodevelopmental and motor disorders associated with intellectual disabilities
  • Familiarity with evidence-based physiotherapy techniques for children with intellectual disabilities
  • Ability to assess, plan, implement, and evaluate physiotherapy interventions
  • Proficiency in written and spoken Amharic and English
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills
  • Demonstrated commitment to professional development

  • Basic computer skills including Word and Excel
  • Fluent English communication skills
  • Strong understanding of physiotherapy practice
