JOB POSITION & REQUIREMENTS
Position:1 Junior IT Specialist
Education & Experience
➠ BSc in Information Technology, Computer Science, or a related field.
➠ 0 years of relevant knowledge in computer science and Information technology.
Additional Qualifications
➠ Should have passed the exit exam.
➠ Knowledge of basic networking concepts (LAN, WAN, VPN) and experience with network devices (routers, switches).
➠ Proficiency in installing, configuring, and troubleshooting hardware (PCs, printers, etc.) and software (Windows, Office 365, etc.).
➠ Familiarity with operating systems such as Windows and Linux.
➠ Knowledge of security best practices and the ability to manage user accounts and permissions.
➠ Basic understanding of cloud services and virtualization (desirable).
➠ Certifications in CompTIA A+, Network+, or equivalent are a plus.
Skills
➠ Strong problem-solving and troubleshooting abilities.
➠ Good communication skills and the ability to work well with non-technical staff.
➠ Ability to manage time effectively and prioritize tasks.
➠ Willingness to learn and adapt to new technologies.
➠ Attention to detail and a proactive attitude.
Terms of employment: one year contract period with full time employment basis with possibility of extension based on performance and budget availability
