Position: Junior IT Officer
Are you a recent IT graduate with hands-on hardware and network support experience? Join Bunna Bank and play a key role in maintaining our technical infrastructure and supporting users across the organization.
Key Responsibilities:
1. Technical & User Support
– Provide first-line user support for Bunna Bank’s systems and software
– Install and configure computer hardware and necessary applications
– Offer technical support for computers, printers, scanners, and other hardware devices
2. Network Maintenance & Troubleshooting
– Resolve network-related issues and provide branch-level support
– Assist with installation and preventive maintenance for branch IT systems
– Handle configuration and troubleshooting of routers, switches, and firewalls when required
3. System Administration
– Manage user domain accounts and security settings via Active Directory
– Report all security incidents to the responsible IT unit or manager
– Support users after hours and on holidays as assigned
4. Collaboration & Escalation
– Work closely with other IT units to resolve system issues and optimize support
– Provide user training and guidance to enhance system use
Qualifications:
– BSc Degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Computer Engineering, or related fields
– Graduation year: 2022, 2023, or 2024 G.C.
– 1–2 years of hands-on experience in IT support, hardware maintenance, or technical troubleshooting
– Certification in computer and printer hardware maintenance (e.g., A+) is an added advantage
