Position: Dispenser
Key Responsibilities
- Dispense raw materials according to FIFO principles and SOPs
- Return loose materials properly labeled to the store
- Monitor temperature and humidity in the dispensing room and report deviations
- Maintain cleanliness of dispensing rooms and equipment daily
- Perform calibration of balances and maintain standard weights documentation
- Ensure correct status labeling during and after dispensing
- Coordinate with relevant departments for smooth and safe dispensing operations
- Receive raw material stock from the warehouse and verify quantity, quality, and labeling
- Handle returned or recalled raw materials according to procedures
- Maintain all necessary dispensing documentation
- Assist Raw Material/Packing Material Store Keeper and Department Head as required
- Follow all SOPs, GMP guidelines, and company regulations
- Report facility or equipment damage and any malicious activity while on duty
Qualifications & Requirements
- Level-IV/Diploma in Pharmacy or Druggist
- Fresh graduates (0 years of work experience)
- Good knowledge of GMP practices
- Strong communication and organizational skills
- Basic computer literacy
