Position: Dispenser (Maternity Cover – 6 Months)
Job Type: Contract (6 months)
Duty Station: Addis Ababa
Educational Qualification
- Level-IV, Diploma, or Bachelor’s Degree in Pharmacy or as a Druggist
Experience
- No prior experience required
- Applicants with 1+ year experience in dispensing are highly encouraged to apply
Required Skills
- Basic knowledge of GMP (Good Manufacturing Practices)
- Familiarity with computer operation
- Strong team player with good organizational skills
- Attention to detail in documentation and quality checks
Key Responsibilities
- Dispense raw materials according to FIFO system
- Monitor and record temperature & humidity in dispensing room
- Perform equipment cleaning and balance calibration daily
- Maintain accurate documentation and ensure proper labeling
- Coordinate with relevant departments for smooth operations
- Receive and verify materials from the warehouse
- Handle returned/recalled raw materials appropriately
- Report daily to the Department Head
- Adhere to all SOPs, GMP guidelines, and company regulations
