Established in 2005, RANK Family PLC is a healthcare-focused company based in Addis Ababa. It launched RANK Medium Clinic and upgraded to RANK Specialized Dermatology Clinic in 2008, serving a wide range of patients including corporate clients like banks, embassies, insurance companies, and hotels.

The clinic is staffed by a team of experienced dermatologists, aesthetic nurses, laboratory technicians, and support personnel. The company also operates Gelead Pharmacy, which has branches in Wollo Sefer and Lebu.

Position 1: Junior Clinical Nurse

Qualifications:

• Diploma or Degree in Nursing from a recognized institution
• Valid professional nursing license
• 6 months to 1 year of clinical or hospital experience
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills
• Compassionate and able to thrive in a fast-paced clinical setting

Key Responsibilities:

• Assist dermatologists during patient consultations and treatments
• Monitor and document patients’ vital signs and progress
• Ensure proper sterilization of medical tools and treatment areas
• Educate patients on post-procedure care and skincare
• Maintain accurate and confidential patient records

Location: Lebu, Wollo Sefer (near Gazebo/Dembel), Addis Ababa

Position 2: Pharmacist

Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s Degree in Pharmacy
• Valid Certificate of Competency (COC)
• At least 6 months of relevant experience
• Excellent communication and customer service skills
• Willingness to work full-time at Wollo Sefer or Lebu branches
• Open to both male and female candidates

Location: Addis Ababa – Gelead Pharmacy Branches (Wollo Sefer & Lebu)
