Job Overview: Sales Officer
We’re looking for ambitious and driven Sales Officers to promote our global product lines in Ethiopia. Whether you’re a recent graduate or have experience in sales, if you have a growth mindset and passion for customer engagement, we want to hear from you!
Key Responsibilities
- Promote and sell KOHLER and PESTAN products to contractors, consultants, architects, and developers
- Identify new business opportunities and nurture existing client relationships
- Conduct site visits, product demos, and timely follow-ups
- Meet and exceed monthly and quarterly sales targets
- Participate in trade shows, marketing events, and brand promotion campaigns
- Gather market insights and submit regular performance reports
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor’s Degree in Sales, Marketing, Business Administration, Engineering, or related fields
- Experience in sales or business development is a plus
- Fresh graduates with high potential are encouraged to apply
- Strong interpersonal, negotiation, and communication skills
- Organizational skills and attention to detail
- Basic computer proficiency and digital tools knowledge
- A proactive attitude with willingness to learn and grow in a high-performance environment
