JOB POSITION & REQUIREMENTS
Position 1: Real Estate freelancer
Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in business, marketing, or a related field preferred.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Excellent negotiation and sales skills.
- Knowledge of real estate industry regulations and laws.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office and other business software.
Key Responsibilities:
- Attend industry events and conferences to network and build relationships with other professionals in the field.
- Generate leads through various channels, including networking, referrals, and marketing efforts.
- Build and maintain relationships with clients, providing exceptional customer service throughout the sales process.
- Conduct property showings and provide clients with information on properties, including pricing, features, and benefits.
- Negotiate sales contracts and ensure that all terms and conditions are met.
- Work closely with other members of the real estate team, including brokers, agents, and administrative staff, to ensure that all sales transactions are completed efficiently and effectively.
- Stay up-to-date on real estate market trends and developments, including changes in regulations and laws.

Position 2: Real Estate Sales Consultant
Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in business, marketing, or a related field preferred.
- At least 1 year of experience in real estate sales or a related field.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Excellent negotiation and sales skills.
- Knowledge of real estate industry regulations and laws.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office and other business software.
Benefits:
- Salary= 20,000
- Commission: = 5%
