JOB POSITION & REQUIREMENTS
Position 1: Accountant
Education & Work Experience:
➠ Degree in Accounting or Membership in professional accounting body
➠ 3 years’ experience in handling both local and foreign supplier payments in a Manufacturing organization.
➠ Experience in working with computerized accounting system.
➠ Knowledge of the Ethiopian Tax laws.
➠ Ability to work under pressure
Position 2: Jr. Planning Executive
Education & Work Experience
➠ Bachelor’s degree in Textile Engineering, Garment Engineering or a related field
➠ A minimum of 2 years of relevant experience on the field in a factory.
Position 3: Merchandiser
Education & Work Experience
➠ Bachelor’s degree in Apparel Merchandising, Textile Engineering or a related field
➠ A minimum of 3 years of relevant experience handling matters in an organization.
Position 4: Compliance & Legal Officer
Education & Work Experience
➠ Degree in Law with zero-year experience.
➠ Other field with Management, BA or other social fields minimum of 1 year’s experience in garment sector or in such activity
➠ ISO Standard (14000 or 18000 or 9001) knowledge will be an added advantage.
Position 5: Senior HR Executive
Education & Work Experience:
➠ Degree/Diploma in Human Resource Management, Management, Business Administration and other related fields
➠ 4-year experience/ 6 years’ direct relevant experience
➠ Excellent command of communication in English and Computer Literacy
➠ Ability of leadership and overall professional knowledge in HR-related activities.
➠ Candidates with production floor management experience would be advantageous.
➠ Location : Addis Ababa
