Key clients include Gerber Childrenswear, Garan, Carter’s, and The Children’s Place. In the last financial year, the Ethiopian operation exported over USD 80 million, while the group’s total exports across four countries exceeded USD 350 million.
Available Positions
1. Jr. IE Executive (5 Positions)
Education & Experience:
- Bachelor’s degree in Industrial Engineering or related field.
- No prior experience required.
Key Responsibilities:
- Plan method improvement and standardization programs.
- Monitor weekly line capacity.
- Conduct operator multiskilling and maintain proper records.
- Coordinate machine layout planning before production starts.
- Maintain workplace arrangements to world-class standards.
2. Executive Planning (7 Positions)
Education & Experience:
- Bachelor’s degree in Textile Engineering, Garment Engineering, or related field.
- Minimum 2 years of relevant work experience.
Key Responsibilities:
- Handle buyer accounts and manage order books.
- Prepare weekly production and output plans.
- Monitor WIP availability and coordinate material delivery.
- Maintain buyer-wise reports, SAH summaries, and production records.
- Collaborate with merchandising and planning teams to ensure smooth operations.
3. Merchandiser (8 Positions)
Education & Experience:
- Bachelor’s degree in Apparel Merchandising, Textile Engineering, or related field.
- Minimum 3 years of relevant work experience.
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage styles, pre-production meetings, and approvals.
- Coordinate materials and monitor inventory.
- Confirm material requirements and allocate resources.
- Maintain style checklists and production records.
- Support department head with additional assignments.
