Required Qualifications
Bachelor’s Degree (BA/BSc) in:
- Health Sciences
- Economics
- Statistics
- Sociology
- Anthropology
- Education
- Public Health
- Related disciplines
Additional Requirements:
- CGPA: 3.25 and above
- Exit Exam Result: 65% and above
Work Experience
- Up to 6 years of experience in survey data collection or field research
- Experience in household data collection is desirable
- Familiarity with digital data collection tools
- Experience using CommCare Software is preferred
- Applicants below 35 years old are encouraged to apply

Required Qualifications
Master’s Degree (MPH / MA) or PhD in:
- Public Health
- Economics
- Statistics
- Social Sciences
- Development Studies
Work Experience
- 4 years experience for Master’s degree holders
- 2 years experience for PhD holders
Experience Required In:
- Conducting KII (Key Informant Interviews)
- IDI (In-depth Interviews)
- FGD (Focus Group Discussions)
- Qualitative data analysis
- Report writing
Required Skills
- Strong interviewing and facilitation skills
- Ability to manage sensitive discussions
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Strong analytical and qualitative research skills
- Knowledge of research ethics and confidentiality
- Understanding of local culture and community dynamics
