Position: IT Executive
The IT Executive will be responsible for supporting and maintaining IT systems across eco-lodge operations. The role ensures efficient system performance, reliable network infrastructure, and smooth technical operations to enhance guest satisfaction and operational efficiency.
Qualification Requirements
- Diploma / Level IV / 10+3 in:
- Computer Science
- Information Technology
- Computer Maintenance and Networking
- Or related fields
- Minimum of 3 years of relevant work experience
- COC (Certificate of Competency) is mandatory

- Strong IT troubleshooting and technical support skills
- Ability to manage and maintain networks and systems
- Analytical thinking and problem-solving ability
- Capability to work independently in remote lodge environments
