JOB POSITION & REQUIREMENTS
Position: WPE Assistant
Education :-University fresh graduate in psychology, sociology and other related social science or other related fields.
Experience :- 2 years of relevant work experience for diploma holders in social science and other related fields
Minimum Skills and Qualifications
➠ Language skill of English, and Amharic.
➠ Self-motivated, open, responsible, punctual, ability to work under pressure and in a team with low supervision.
➠ Excellent verbal and written communication skills, and problem-solving abilities.
➠ Good team spirit, demeanor, behavior, and problem-solving abilities.
➠ Basic computer skill
➠ Good report writing skill.
Preferred Skill and Qualification
➠ Good command spoken and written in English and Amharic. Knowledge of other local languages is an asset.
➠ Preference will be given to qualified women candidates.
Familiarity with the local context of the project implementation areas.
Previous work experience in the refugee settings.
