Position: Junior Booking Agent – Call Center
Qualifications
- Education: Diploma or Degree in Customer Service, Management, Marketing, Business Administration, Public Administration, or related fields
- Experience: No prior experience required
- Skills:
- Excellent verbal and written communication
- Strong listening & problem-solving abilities
- Good computer skills (MS Office, CRM, booking systems)
- Ability to multitask & work under pressure
- Attention to detail
- Typing speed of 25–35 WPM recommended
Job Summary
The Junior Booking Agent will handle customer calls, process bookings, provide service information, and ensure a high level of customer satisfaction. This role is ideal for individuals with strong communication skills and a passion for customer service.
Key Responsibilities
- Respond to customer inquiries via phone and digital platforms
- Process bookings, cancellations, and modifications accurately
- Provide information on services, pricing, and availability
- Perform basic computer and smartphone operations
- Maintain accurate call logs and customer records
