Available Positions & Requirements
Position 1: Cloud Engineer
Educational Qualification
- Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Electrical & Computer Engineering, Software Engineering, or related fields
Experience & Technical Requirements
- Minimum of 3+ years experience in cloud computing
- Strong understanding of cloud system architecture
- Proficiency in Linux system administration
- Hands-on experience with AWS, Azure, or Google Cloud
- Knowledge of storage and server management
- Familiarity with software version control and project management tools
Skills & Certifications
- Strong analytical and troubleshooting skills
- Ability to design technical solutions and manage risks
- Cloud certifications (AWS, Azure, etc.) are preferred
- Knowledge of payment/finance products and Chinese language skills are an advantage
Position 2: Mobile Phone Channel Sales & Distribution Network Development Manager
Experience & Qualifications
- 5+ years experience in mobile phone or consumer electronics channel sales
- Proven experience building distribution channels from 0 to 1 in emerging markets
- Strong understanding of distribution models, inventory, logistics, and rebate systems
- Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills
- Proficiency in English; Amharic or Oromo is a strong advantage
- Educational background: Any major with relevant experience
Core Competencies
- Channel strategy planning tailored to the Ethiopian market
- Distributor development and long-term relationship management
- Execution capability in logistics, payments, and compliance
- Cross-cultural collaboration and team coordination
Preferred
- Experience with Chinese mobile brands (Transsion, Xiaomi, OPPO, etc.)
- Existing distributor networks in Ethiopia
- Team leadership experience
Position 3: Account Manager
Qualifications & Experience
- Minimum 3 years experience in electric power or ICT industry
- Basic understanding of power generation, transmission, and distribution
- Educational background in Electrical Engineering, Power Systems, or ICT preferred

- Strong customer relationship management skills
- Excellent communication and coordination ability
- Industry market planning and opportunity identification
- Leadership and team management capability
Position 4: Industrial Solution Manager
Education
- Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in:
- Electrical Engineering
- Communication Engineering
- Computer Science / Information Systems
- Related fields
Experience
- 5+ years experience in solution design, product management, IT consulting, or similar roles
Skills & Certifications
- Strong understanding of industry and enterprise solutions
- Knowledge of system integration and business process automation
- Certifications in Datacom, Storage, Cloud, AI (Huawei certifications preferred)
- Excellent analytical, communication, and time management skills
Language
- English is mandatory; additional languages are an advantage
