Position: HR Officer
We are seeking a young and enthusiastic HR professional with strong interpersonal skills and a background in Management or Human Resource-related fields. This is a great opportunity to advance your career in HR within a growing Ethiopian company.
Key Responsibilities
- Support end-to-end recruitment: job postings, screening, and interviews
- Prepare and implement onboarding & induction plans
- Maintain clear communication between management and staff
- Manage employee records, HR databases, and documentation
- Administer leaves, attendance, and employee benefits
- Support performance evaluation processes and track KPIs
- Assist in payroll preparation and ensure timely salary disbursement
- Organize training programs and identify employee development needs
- Plan and facilitate employee engagement activities
Qualifications & Skills
- Bachelor’s degree in Management or a related field
- Minimum 1 year of relevant HR experience
- Strong communication and active listening skills
- High emotional intelligence and sociability
- Experience in data analysis for HR metrics and reporting
- Passion for employee wellbeing and organizational growth
