Customer Service Officer II
Qualification
- Bachelor’s Degree in Accounting, Management, Economics, or related fields
Experience
- Minimum 2 years of banking operations experience
- Knowledge of Interest-Free Banking (IFB) is an advantage
Duty Station
- Mersa
Position 2
Senior Architect (Full-Time Contract)
Qualification
- Master’s or Bachelor’s Degree in Architecture
Experience
- Master’s Degree: Minimum 6 years experience
- Bachelor’s Degree: Minimum 8 years experience
- Must have completed 10 architectural projects on time and within budget
- Professional Architect License (PPAR) required
Skills
- Proficiency in AutoCAD, Revit, SketchUp, and BIM coordination tools
- Experience in architectural drawings, 3D modeling, and documentation
- Ability to support project management and coordination
- Knowledge of Ethiopian building codes and standards is advantageous
- Strong attention to design quality and architectural aesthetics

Position 3
Project Manager (Contract / Freelance Basis)
Qualification
- Bachelor’s Degree in Architecture, Civil/Structural Engineering, Construction Management, or related field
- Master’s Degree preferred
Experience
- Minimum 12 years experience in construction project management
- At least 8 years managing design phases of large-scale projects
- Experience with high-rise or mixed-use buildings (30+ floors preferred)
- Experience coordinating multidisciplinary design teams

Position 4
Branch Manager
Qualification
- Bachelor’s Degree in Accounting, Management, Economics, or related fields
Experience
- Minimum 6 years banking operations experience
- IFB (Interest-Free Banking) training certification is advantageous
