1. Management Trainee
- Qualification: MA/MBA in a Business-related field (Bachelor’s degree also in a business field).
- Experience: Minimum of 2 years in marketing and sales roles in recognized organizations.
- Additional: Knowledge of IFB is advantageous.
- Duty Station: Head Office
2. Junior Network Administrator
- Qualification: Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, IT, or related fields.
- Experience: Minimum 1 year of related experience.
- Duty Station: Head Office
3. IT Support Officer
- Qualification: Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, IT, or related fields.
- Experience: 2 years of relevant experience.
- Duty Station: Addis Ababa
4. System Administrator
- Qualification: Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, IT, or related fields.
- Experience: 2 years of related experience (Linux and Windows required).
- Duty Station: Addis Ababa
5. Internal Control Officer
- Qualification: Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Management, Economics, or related fields.
- Experience: 2 years of related banking experience.
- Additional: IFB training certification is advantageous.
- Duty Station: Head Office
6. Sharia Audit Officer III
- Qualification: Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Management, Economics, or related fields.
- Experience: 4 years of related banking experience.
- Additional: Basic Sharia knowledge is mandatory. IFB training certification is advantageous.
- Duty Station: Addis Ababa
7. District Financing Officer
- Qualification: Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Management, Economics, or related fields.
- Experience: 2 years of related banking experience.
- Additional: IFB training certification is advantageous.
- Duty Station: Addis Ababa
