Graduate Trainee Program 2025
Position 1: Information Technology Graduate Trainee
Qualification:
- BA Degree in Economics, Management, Accounting, or other business-related fields.
Experience:
- No prior experience required (fresh graduates).
Job Requirements:
- First-degree graduates of 2024/2025.
- CGPA: 2.75 and above for males, 2.5 and above for females.
- Exit Exam: 50 and above or pass.
- Age: 27 years and below.
- Knowledge of local area & languages of the branch area is advantageous.
- IFB (Interest-Free Banking) training certification is an added advantage.
Duty Station: Head Office (Addis Ababa)

Position 2: Civil Engineering Graduate Trainee
Qualification:
- Bachelor’s Degree in Civil Engineering or related fields.
Experience:
- No prior experience required (fresh graduates).
Job Requirements:
