Position 1: Branch Manager Grade C Tier II-Tiger
- Educational Qualification: BA in Management or Accounting
- Work Experience: 2 years as Manager, Grade D Branch or equivalent or 9 years relevant experience in the banking industry
Location: Bishoftu & Adea Bishoftu Branches [Central & East District]
Position 2: Assistant Manager CS & Operations, Grade D Branch
- Educational Qualification: BA in Management or Accounting
- Work Experience: 2 years as Senior Customer Service Officer or equivalent or 4 years relevant experience in the banking industry
Location: Afedera Branch [North East District]
Position 3: Manager, Grade D Branch
- Educational Qualification: BA in Management or Accounting
- Work Experience: 2 years as Assistant Manager, Grade A Branch or equivalent or 8 years relevant experience in the banking industry

Position 4: Senior Capital Market Project Analyst
Educational Qualification: BA in Economics/ Management/Accounting and Finance (Certification in CFA level 2 or Level 3 CISI Capital Market Program in Securities is advantageous)
Work Experience: 3 years as Capital Market Project Analyst II or equivalent or 6 years relevant experience in the banking industry
Location: Head Office
Position 5: Digital Banking Platform Officer II
Educational Qualification: BSc in Computer Science or Computer Engineering
Work Experience: 2 years as Digital Banking Platform Officer I or equivalent or 4 years relevant experience in the banking industry OR 2 years as Digital Banking Platform Officer II or equivalent or 5 years relevant experience
Location: Head Office
Position 6: Manager, M&A Project Division [Head Office]
Educational Qualification: MA/BA in Economics/ Management/Accounting / Finance and Certification in CFA level 2 or Level 3 CISI Capital Market Program in Securities or Corporate Finance
Work Experience: For MA, 2 years as Head, M&A Section or Capital Market Operation Section or equivalent or 7 years relevant experience in the Banking Industry OR 1 year as Manager, M&A Division or Capital Market Operation Division or equivalent or 8 years relevant experience OR For BA, 3 years as Head, M&A Section or Capital Market Operation Section or equivalent or 11 years relevant experience in the banking industry OR 2 years as Manager, M&A Division or Capital Market Operation Division or equivalent or 12 years relevant experience
