Available Job Positions
1. Junior Legal Officer
Educational Qualification: LLB or Diploma/Level IV/TVET 10+3 Certificate with COC Award in Law.
Work Experience:
- LLB holders: 1 year of relevant experience as an Assistant Legal Officer, Junior Legal Officer, or equivalent banking experience.
- Diploma/Level IV/TVET holders: 2 years of relevant experience.
Duty Station: Head Office.
2. Junior Attorney
Educational Qualification: LLB or Diploma/Level IV/TVET 10+3 Certificate with COC Award in Law.
Work Experience:
- LLB holders: 1 year of relevant experience as an Assistant Attorney, Junior Attorney, or equivalent banking experience.
- Diploma/Level IV/TVET holders: 2 years of relevant experience.
Duty Station: Head Office.
3. Contact Center Officer
Educational Qualification: BA in Administrative Service Management and Technology System, Marketing, or a related field.
Work Experience: 2 years as an Associate Contact Center Officer, Contact Center Officer, or equivalent banking experience.
Language Requirements: Fluency in Afaan Oromoo, Tigrigna, and Somali is required, along with knowledge of more than one local language.
Duty Station: Head Office.
4. Assistant Manager CS & Operations – Grade D Branch
Educational Qualification: BA in Management or Accounting.
Work Experience: 2 years as a Senior Customer Service Officer or equivalent, or 4 years of relevant banking experience.
Duty Stations: Zenebework Gebeya Branch and Jemo 3 Branch, West Addis Ababa District.
5. Branch Manager – Grade D
Educational Qualification: BA in Management or Accounting.
Work Experience: 2 years as an Assistant Manager at a Grade A branch or equivalent, or 8 years of relevant banking experience.
Duty Stations: Bedir IFB Branch, Tequwa IFB Branch, Ansar IFB Branch, and Ambo Branch, West Addis Ababa District.
6. Branch Manager – Grade C
Educational Qualification: BA in Management or Accounting.
Work Experience: 2 years as a Manager of a Grade D branch or equivalent, or 9 years of relevant banking experience.
Duty Stations: Anwar IFB Branch and Cinema Ras Branch, West Addis Ababa District.
Salary and Benefits
The salary for all positions will be determined according to Hibret Bank’s salary scale.
