1. Assistant Manager, Sales & Retention – Special Branch
Education & Requirements:
- BA in Marketing or Management
- 2 years as Assistant Manager, Sales & Retention Grade A Branch or equivalent
- OR 8 years relevant experience in the banking industry
Salary: As per Bank’s salary scale
Duty Station: Beklo Bet Branch, South Addis Ababa District
2. Branch Manager Grade C
Education & Requirements:
- BA in Management or Accounting
- 2 years as Manager, Grade D Branch or equivalent
- OR 9 years relevant experience in the banking industry
Salary: As per Bank’s salary scale
Duty Station: Shashemene Branch, South District
3. Manager, M&A Project Division
Education & Requirements:
- MA/BA in Economics, Management, Accounting, or Finance
- Certification: CFA Level 2 or Level 3 CISI Capital Market Program in Securities or Corporate Finance
Experience:
- MA:
- 2 years as Head, M&A Section or Capital Market Operations Section or equivalent
- OR 1 year as Manager, M&A Division or Capital Market Operations Division or equivalent
- OR 7–8 years relevant experience in the banking industry
- BA:
- 3 years as Head, M&A Section or Capital Market Operations Section or equivalent
- OR 2 years as Manager, M&A Division or Capital Market Operations Division or equivalent
- OR 11–12 years relevant experience in the banking industry
Salary: As per Bank’s salary scale
Duty Station: Head Office
