Open Positions and Requirements

1. Manager, Security Monitoring & Incident Response Division

• Education: MSc/BSc in Computer Science or Computer Engineering
• Certifications: Cybersecurity/Information Security certifications advantageous
• Experience:
  • MSc: 7–8 years (2 as Section Head or 1 as Manager in related field)
  • BSc: 11–12 years (3 as Section Head or 2 as Manager in related field)
• Location: Addis Ababa

2. Associate Data Center Management Officer

• Education: BSc in Computer Science or Electrical Engineering
• Experience: 1 year as Junior Data Center Officer or equivalent
• Location: Addis Ababa

3. Manager, Cyber Security Engineering Division

• Education: MSc/BSc in Computer Science or Computer Engineering
• Certifications: Cybersecurity/Information Security preferred
• Experience:
  • MSc: 7–8 years (2 as Section Head or 1 as Division Manager)
  • BSc: 11–12 years (3 as Section Head or 2 as Division Manager)
• Location: Addis Ababa

4. Manager, ESG (Environmental, Social and Governance) Division

• Education: MA/MSc/BA/BSc in Environmental Science, Economics, Business Administration, Accounting, or Management
• Experience:
  • MA/MSc: 7–8 years (2 as Section Head or 1 as ESG Division Manager)
  • BA/BSc: 11–12 years (3 as Section Head or 2 as ESG Division Manager)
• Location: Addis Ababa

5. Manager, M&A Project Division

• Education: MA/BA in Economics, Management, Accounting, or Finance
• Certifications: CFA Level 2/3 or CISI Capital Market Program in Securities or Corporate Finance
• Experience:
  • MA: 7–8 years (2 as Section Head or 1 as Division Manager in M&A/Capital Markets)
  • BA: 11–12 years (3 as Section Head or 2 as Division Manager)
• Location: Addis Ababa
