1. Office Assistant (Cleaner/Messenger)
- Education: Completed Grade 10/12
- Experience: Minimum 2 years of relevant work experience
- Vacancies: 5

2. Driver
- Education: Grade 10 Complete
- License: 3rd Grade Driving License
- Experience: Minimum 2 years of driving experience
- Vacancies: 4

3. Junior Underwriting Officer
- Education: BA/BSc in Statistics, Mathematics, or Engineering
- Experience: Minimum 2 years of teaching experience
- Vacancies: 5
- Location: Addis Ababa Branches
4. Senior Application Administrator
- Education: MSc/BSc in Computer Science, Computer Engineering, MIS, or related
- Experience: Minimum 5 years of hands-on application development and domain expertise
- Location: Head Office
5. Claims Supervisor
- Education: BA/BSc/MA/MSc/MBA in Marketing, Management, Accounting, Business Administration or related
- Experience: Minimum 6 years, with at least 2 years in a senior role
- Location: Head Office
6. Senior System Administrator
- Education: MSc/BSc in Electrical/Electronic Engineering, Computer Engineering, or related fields
- Experience: Minimum 5 years in software/hardware installation, troubleshooting, and maintenance
- Location: Head Office
7. Underwriting Supervisor
- Education: BA/BSc/MA/MSc/MBA in Business Administration, Accounting, Economics, Management, or related
- Experience: Minimum 7 years, with 4 years in a senior underwriting position

8. Branch Managers
- Education: BA/BSc in Economics, Management, Accounting, Statistics, or related fields
- Experience: Minimum 6 years, with 2 years in a senior role

9. Manager, Finance & Investment Department
- Education:
- BA/BSc or preferably MA/MSc, MBA in Accounting, Finance, Business Administration, or Economics
- ACCA certification preferred
- Experience:
- 11 years for BA/BSc holders or
- 8 years for MA/MSc/MBA holders
- At least 4 years in a managerial role in insurance
