Position 1: After Sales Support
Qualification
- Bachelor’s Degree in Business, Information Systems, Computer Science, or related field
- 0–2 years of experience in customer support, technical support, or helpdesk roles
- Good understanding of ERP, POS, CRM, or similar enterprise systems
- Strong communication, coordination, and problem-solving skills
- Ability to manage multiple support requests in a fast-paced environment
- Basic knowledge of databases and remote support tools
- Experience with AnyDesk or similar tools is an advantage
- Fluency in English and Amharic (additional languages are a plus)

Position 2: Pre Sales Support
Qualification
- Bachelor’s Degree in Business, Information Systems, Computer Science, Marketing, or related field
- 0–2 years of experience in pre-sales, sales support, or customer engagement
- Strong understanding of ERP, POS, CRM systems
- Excellent communication, presentation, and negotiation skills
- Ability to analyze client needs and recommend software solutions
- Experience with product demos and client meetings
- Basic knowledge of APIs and databases is an advantage
- Fluency in English and Amharic (additional languages are a plus)

Position 3: Software Implementer
Qualification
- Bachelor’s Degree in Information Systems, Computer Science, Business, or related field
- 0–1 year of experience in software implementation or client onboarding
- Knowledge of ERP, POS, CRM, Accounting, or Inventory systems
- Ability to translate business needs into system configurations
- Basic understanding of databases, APIs, and troubleshooting
- Strong communication and organizational skills
- Willingness to travel for client implementation and training
- Fluency in English and Amharic (additional languages are a plus)

Position 4: QA Engineer
Qualification
- Bachelor’s Degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or related field
- 2 years of experience in software testing or QA
- Experience in manual and automated testing of web/mobile applications

- Familiar with bug tracking tools and version control systems
- Experience with ERP or enterprise systems is an advantage
- Strong analytical and documentation skills

Qualification

- 1–3 years of UI/UX design experience

- Ability to create wireframes, prototypes, and final UI designs
- Basic understanding of front-end development is an advantage

Role Overview
Responsible for handling foreign currency transactions with accuracy, integrity, and strong customer service.
Key Responsibilities
- Assist customers with forex-related services
- Handle cash counting, recording, and reconciliation
- Verify banknotes and detect counterfeit currency
- Prepare daily transaction and cash balance reports
- Ensure compliance with financial and security regulations
