- Master’s: 3,000 RMB/month
- PhD: 3,500 RMB/month
This scholarship fully covers living, study, and research expenses for the entire duration of the program.

Required Documents
Applicants must prepare the following:
- CSC Online Application Form (Type B – Agency Number: 10213)
- Highest degree certificate or pre-graduation letter
- Academic transcripts
- Two recommendation letters
- Passport copy (valid at least 1 year)
- Foreigner Physical Examination Form
- Study/Research Plan (≥ 800 words)
- Certificate of No Criminal Record
- Acceptance Letter from HIT professor (optional but highly recommended)

Eligibility Criteria
To qualify for the HIT CSC Scholarship 2026, applicants must meet the following:
- Non-Chinese citizens
- Currently outside China or graduates of Chinese universities
- Master’s applicants: Bachelor’s degree, under age 35
- PhD applicants: Master’s degree, under age 40
- Excellent academic background
- Strong research skills and potential
