Hagbes PLC was founded in 1957 as an importing & trading company for small agricultural machinery and building materials, becoming the pioneer to introduce stone grinding mills in Ethiopia. Position 1: Junior Tender Officer
Qualification:
- BSc Degree in Mechanical Engineering, Automotive Technology or related field
- Year of experience = 0 – 2 years
- Good communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to interact with stakeholders at all levels.
- Attention to detail and the ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously.
- Good Computer skill
Position 2: Junior Auto Mechanic
Qualification:
- Level 4 Diploma in Auto Mechanics or related fields, Passed COC exam
- 0 – 1 year experience in related field.
- lifting and moving heavy objects, climbing on overheads, working under the grounds

Position 3: Stock Clerk
Qualification:
- Level 4 Diploma in Accounts and Budget Servicing or Accounting, Passed COC Exam
- Work Experience: 0 – 1 years

- Level 4 Diploma in Auto Mechanics or related fields, Passed COC exam

Position 5: Sales Engineer
Qualification:
- BSc Degree in Mechanical Engineering, Electro-mechanical Engineering or other field related
- Minimum of 2 years experience in Sales of Heavy Machinery and Equipment
- Strong negotiation skills and the ability to build and maintain effective relationships with customer.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to interact with stakeholders at all levels.
- Excellent customer handing skill.
- Attention to detail.

Position 6: Automotive Customer Service Officer
Qualification:
- Level 5 Advanced Diploma or BSc Degree in Mechanical Engineering, Automotive, Auto Mechanic or related field
- A minimum of 3 years of proven experience in customer service,
- Experience in cars dealers or repair shop is highly preferable
- Capable to adequately explain technical diagnoses and needed repairs to customer
- Age 25 – 40
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Good customer handling skill, customer-focused attitude and a commitment to customer satisfaction.
- High level of motivation and energy
- Basic Computer skill
- Good hand writing calligraphy
- Attention to detail and accuracy in data entry and record-keeping.
- Ability to work well in a team and adapt to a fast-paced environment.

Position 7: Human Resource Officer
Qualification:
- Bachelor’s degree in Human Resource and Recruitment, Business Administration, or a related field.
- Proven experience in HR or a related role, with a minimum of 1 – 3 years of experience.
- Familiarity with HR software and systems.
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
- Knowledge of labor laws and regulations.
