Position Summary: Junior Accountant
Hadeed Trading Plc is looking for fresh and passionate graduates to join its finance department. This is a great opportunity for recent graduates to gain real-world experience in a well-established company
Qualifications:
- Education:
- BA Degree in Accounting, Accounting & Finance, or a related field
- Experience:
- No prior experience required – Fresh graduates are encouraged
- Gender:
- Female candidates are highly encouraged to apply
Required Skills:
- Strong teamwork and interpersonal communication skills
- Ability to maintain confidentiality
- High attention to detail and accuracy
- Good command of Microsoft Office and accounting tools
- Willingness to learn and assist with various accounting tasks
Key Responsibilities:
- Prepare payments by verifying documentation
- Record financial transactions and maintain account records
- Assist in monthly and yearly closings
- Post daily sales, stock updates, and petty cash disbursements
- Issue invoices and receipts
- Update financial data in databases for timely access
- Support payroll and expense review activities
- Provide general support to senior accountants and finance staff
- Perform additional duties as assigned by the supervisor
