Graduate Trainee Program Overview
The Graduate Trainee Program is a one-year structured development program designed for fresh graduates who want to build their careers in a dynamic business environment.
During the program, trainees will:
• Gain hands-on experience across multiple departments
• Work on real business projects and operational challenges
• Develop professional skills and industry knowledge
• Build strong professional networks within the company
The program aims to prepare graduates for future leadership and professional roles within the organization.
Eligibility Requirements
Education
• Bachelor’s Degree in any discipline
Experience
• Fresh graduates or candidates with up to 2 years of work experience
Academic Performance
• Strong academic record
