GIZ Ethiopia implements programs across health, education, governance, agriculture, and nutrition, including the National Information Platform for Nutrition (NIPN). NIPN enhances nutrition programming through policy analysis, data visualization, and cross-sectoral collaboration.
Position: Intern (Fresh Graduate Program – Nutrition/Agriculture)

Qualifications:

BA or MA degree in Nutrition or Agriculture
-
Must be a fresh graduate
-
Strong English proficiency (speaking, writing, and reading)

Computer literate, especially in Microsoft Office tools
Desired Skills and Competencies:

Understanding of nutrition data analysis and article preparation

High degree of initiative, integrity, and accountability

Ability to work independently and in a team

Strong motivation, curiosity, and out-of-the-box thinking

Interest in gender mainstreaming and sustainable development
Key Responsibilities:

Support preparation of presentations and information materials
-
Assist with project communications and visibility tasks
-
Organize and maintain training and meeting spaces
-
Provide administrative and logistical support to the team
-
Facilitate finance and documentation coordination
-
Assist with gender integration efforts in project activities
-
Collaborate with technical teams at GIZ, EPH, and IFPRI
-
Engage actively in nutrition-related events and support the implementation of NIPN activities
