POSITION 1: Safety Officer
Qualification Requirements
Education:
BSc Degree in Construction Technology & Management, Civil Engineering, Building Construction Technology, or related field
Experience:
- Minimum 2 years of experience in Health, Safety, and Environmental (HSE) systems within construction environments
- Strong commitment to implementing safety standards and ensuring regulatory compliance
- Ability to promote and maintain a safety-first culture
Duty Station: Addis Ababa, Ayat Area
POSITION 2: Office Engineer
Qualification Requirements
Education:
Bachelor’s Degree in Civil Engineering, Construction Technology & Management, Infrastructure & Technology Management, Civil & Environmental Engineering, or related field
Minimum CGPA of 2.75
Experience:
- Minimum 2 years of experience in construction project coordination and documentation control
- Strong technical documentation and reporting skills
- Ability to coordinate communication between site and office teams
- Ensuring compliance and accuracy in engineering documentation
Duty Station: Addis Ababa, Ayat Area
POSITION 3: Construction Site Engineer
Qualification Requirements
Education:
BSc Degree in Construction Technology & Management, Civil Engineering, Building Construction Technology, or related field
Experience:
- Minimum 2 years of practical experience in construction project supervision
- Strong ability to manage site operations
- Ensure adherence to engineering standards and project specifications
- Deliver projects within scope, quality, and schedule requirements
