Position: Site Engineer
Qualification:
- BSc Degree in Civil Engineering or Construction Technology Management
- Minimum 3 years of relevant work experience
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage and coordinate project activities with contractors, subcontractors, and engineers
- Review and approve project plans, specifications, and contract documents
- Prepare take-off sheets and payment certificates
- Ensure project schedules and budgets are met
- Provide technical support and guidance to project teams
- Prepare and review project reports, proposals, and documentation
- Conduct site visits and inspections as needed
- Ensure compliance with regulatory requirements and industry standards
- Maintain project records, including contracts and change orders
- Assist junior staff and office engineering head as needed
- Perform any other duties assigned by the Engineering Department Manager or Project Manager to ensure project completion efficiently
