Position 1: Human Resource Officer
Educational Qualification
- Bachelor’s Degree in Management, Business Management, Business Administration, or Human Resource Management from a recognized institution
Work Experience
- Zero (0) years and above
- Experience in healthcare institutions or health centers is an added advantage
Required Skills
- Fluency in both Amharic and English
- Basic computer skills
Place of Work
- Addis Ababa
Position 2: Dental Surgeon
Educational Qualification
- Bachelor of Dental Surgery (BDS) or equivalent recognized degree
Professional License
- Valid license from the national medical or dental council
Work Experience
- Zero (0) years and above
- Prior experience in hospital or multi-specialty settings is an added advantage
Place of Work
- Addis Ababa
Position 3: General Service Head
Educational Qualification
- Bachelor’s Degree in Business Administration, Management, Engineering, or related fields
Work Experience
- Five (5) to eight (8) years of experience in facility or operations management
- At least three (3) years in a General Service Head or similar leadership role, preferably in healthcare institutions
Required Skills
- Strong organizational and leadership abilities
- Knowledge of government health standards and hospital operations
- Proficiency in fleet and facility management systems
