Flintstone Engineering is currently seeking qualified and detail-oriented professionals to join its finance team.
Available Positions
1. Junior Accountant
Required Qualifications
Education:
- B.A. Degree in Accounting or Finance from a recognized university
Experience:
- 0–1 year of accounting experience
- Experience in real estate or construction is an advantage
Technical Skills:
- Basic understanding of IFRS principles
- Proficiency in Microsoft Excel
- Exposure to ERP or similar accounting software (highly preferred)
Personal Attributes:
- High level of integrity
- Strong willingness to learn complex real estate accounting
- Positive “can-do” attitude
2. Senior Accountant
Required Qualifications
Education:
- Bachelor’s Degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field
- Professional certification is highly preferred
Experience:
- Minimum 5 years of progressive experience in accounting or finance
Technical Requirements:
- Advanced Excel skills (mandatory)
- Strong experience with ERP systems (essential)
Communication Skills:
- Ability to translate complex financial information into clear and actionable insights
- Strong teamwork and communication ability
3. Senior Finance Manager (Managerial Lead & IFRS Expert)
Required Qualifications
Education:
- B.A. or Master’s Degree in Accounting or Finance
Certification:
- ACCA or CPA (highly preferred due to IFRS requirements)
- Knowledge of real estate and construction sector is a plus
Technical & Legal Knowledge:
- Expert-level ERP system knowledge (mandatory)
- Knowledge of CENET system is an advantage
- Deep understanding of IFRS
- Strong knowledge of Ethiopian Commercial Code and Tax Laws
