Evertop Sportswear PLC, a newly established export-oriented garment manufacturing company based in Bole Lemi Industrial Park, Addis Ababa, is seeking motivated and qualified professionals to join its dynamic team. Evertop is committed to high-quality apparel production for international markets and invites applications for the following positions:
Position 1: Admin Junior Officer
Location: Addis Ababa
Qualification:
- BA degree in Management or Accounting
Key Responsibilities:
- Provide general administrative and clerical support across departments
- Assist with day-to-day office operations
- Organize and maintain documentation and records
- Support internal communication and workflow efficiency
Position 2: Production Supervisor
Location: Addis Ababa
Qualification:
- BSc degree in Garment Engineering, Textile Technology, or a related field
Key Responsibilities:
- Oversee daily production activities on the factory floor
- Ensure timely and quality garment production
- Maintain a safe, clean, and efficient production environment
- Coordinate with different departments to resolve workflow issues
- Monitor staff performance and productivity
