The company’s mandate is to create interoperability between financial institutions, implement a domestic payment scheme, and provide a national payment gateway. EthSwitch also serves as a central interconnectivity hub for clearing and settlement, and offers shared infrastructure services to strengthen the country’s financial ecosystem.

Position 1: Data Center Administrator II
Key Responsibilities
- Manage and maintain critical data center facilities and ensure 24/7 operations.
- Handle generator and UPS maintenance, air conditioning, and related troubleshooting.
- Implement and maintain network structural cabling and electrical installations.
- Ensure infrastructure reliability to support uninterrupted data center performance.
Qualification & Experience
- BSc or MSc in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or related fields.
- Minimum of 2 years of relevant work experience in data center or IT infrastructure management.
Duty Station: Addis Ababa
Position 2: Billing and Collection Officer
Key Responsibilities
- Generate and issue accurate invoices in accordance with contracts or purchase orders.
- Ensure timely billing cycles (weekly, bi-weekly, monthly, etc.).
- Collaborate with Sales, Project Management, and Customer Service teams to validate billable services.
- Review billing data, process adjustments, and manage re-billing as necessary.
- Maintain financial records and assist in collection follow-up and reporting.
Qualification & Experience
- TVET Level IV / Diploma in ICT or Accounting or related field; or BA in Accounting, Management, or related discipline.
- 5 years of relevant work experience (some experience acceptable for degree holders).
