VACANT POSITION
Position: Market Research Supervisor
Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing Management, Business Administration, or a related field.
- Minimum of 3 years relevant experience in market research or related roles.
Key Responsibilities:
- Supervise and mentor a team of market research analysts to enhance team performance.
- Collaborate with internal stakeholders to understand market research needs and develop research plans.
- Determine appropriate research methodologies and data sources for each project.
- Oversee data collection efforts, including surveys, interviews, focus groups, and data mining.
- Analyze research data using statistical methods and market research tools.
- Extract actionable insights to guide management decisions.
- Interpret market trends to identify opportunities, threats, and potential business growth areas.
- Prepare comprehensive and visually engaging market research reports.
- Work closely with marketing, product development, and sales teams to integrate insights into strategies.
