JOB POSITION & REQUIREMENTS
Position : NID Officer
➠ Education : Degree in Information Technology, Computer System, Computer Science, Electrical Engineering (Computer Engineering),Electromechanical engineering.
Responsibility
➠ Operate and supervise NID customers .
➠ resent and promote the company’s products or services to prospective clients.
➠ Build and maintain relationships with existing and potential customers Achieve sales targets and contribute to overall revenue growth.
➠ Understand and address customer inquiries, concerns, and complaints promptly.
➠ provide excellent customer service to enhance customer satisfaction and continuously follow up with clients to ensure their needs are met effectively.
➠ Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure a smooth process.
➠ Also performs related duties assigned by the immediate supervisor
