Open Positions
Position 1: Order Taker
Education & Experience:
- Minimum of Level 1 TVET Certificate in Industrial Mechanics, Industrial Electricity, or related engineering fields
- Minimum 3 years of relevant experience in a similar technical or operational support role
Key Responsibilities:
- Receive, process, and relay service orders from departments
- Coordinate internal service flow between maintenance and operational teams
- Ensure timely response to guest and departmental requests
- Maintain clear logs of tasks and interventions
Position 2: Masonry Technician
Education & Experience:
- Level III Graduate from a recognized TVET College/Institute in Masonry, Tiling, Plastering and Painting, or a related trade
- At least 3 years of experience, preferably in the hotel or hospitality industry
Key Responsibilities:
- Conduct maintenance and repairs in tiling, plastering, and masonry across hotel facilities
- Ensure compliance with safety and quality standards
- Work closely with engineering and building services teams
- Maintain tools, materials, and detailed repair logs
