About Ethiopian Railways Corporation
Ethiopian Railways Corporation (ERC) is the national railway operator of Ethiopia, responsible for passenger and freight transport under the Ministry of Transport. Established on 20 November 2007 under Regulation 141/2007, ERC is mandated to develop railway infrastructure and provide efficient rail transport services across Ethiopia.
ERC is now inviting fresh graduates and qualified professionals to join its growing team and contribute to the expansion and modernization of Ethiopia’s railway network.

1. Cashier
- Education: Level IV/III in Accounting, Financial Accounts Management, or related fields
- Experience: 2–4 years in relevant positions
- Salary: Negotiable
- Location: Addis Ababa
2. Accountant II
- Education: BA Degree in Finance or Accounting
- Experience: 2 years relevant experience
- Salary: Negotiable
- Location: Addis Ababa
3. CAD Expert
- Education: BSc or Diploma in Civil Engineering, Drafting, or related fields
- Experience: 4–6 years in building construction
- Salary: Negotiable
- Location: Addis Ababa
4. Senior Electrical Engineer
- Education: MSc or BSc in Electrical Engineering or related fields
- Experience: 4–6 years in building construction and supervision
- Salary: Negotiable
- Location: Addis Ababa
5. Senior Architect
- Education: MSc or BSc in Architecture or related fields
- Experience: 4–6 years in building and architectural supervision
- Salary: Negotiable
- Location: Addis Ababa
6. Senior Procurement & Contract Engineer
- Education: MSc or BSc in Civil/Electrical/Mechanical Engineering, Construction Management, or related fields
- Experience: 4–6 years, including at least 1 year in procurement
