Position Summaries & Requirements
1. Associate Human Rights Officer
- Qualifications: LLB/LLM in Law, Human Rights Law, or International Law
- Experience: Zero years for LLM holders; 2 years for LLB holders or 6–12 months internship program participation
- Location: Semera City / Jigjiga City
- Salary: ETB 17,750–20,567 + ETB 8,640 Housing + ETB 3,300 Transport
2. Program Assistant
- Qualifications: BA Degree or Level 4 Diploma in Management, Administration, Secretarial Science, Office Management, or related fields
- Experience: 2 years (BA), 4 years (Diploma)
- Skills: Event management, travel & logistics, computer literacy, Amharic proficiency
- Location: Head Office, Addis Ababa
- Salary: ETB 9,667–10,806 + ETB 4,320 Housing + ETB 3,300 Transport
3. Human Rights Resource Center Officer
- Qualifications: BA/MA in Library Science, Information/Knowledge Management, or Information Science
- Experience: BA – 4 years; MA – 2 years
- Skills: Cataloguing, resource management, research, digital platforms, communication
- Location: Head Office, Addis Ababa
- Salary: ETB 20,400–23,683 + ETB 8,640 Housing + ETB 3,300 Transport
4–6. Human Rights Officers (Various Specializations)
- Qualifications: LLB/LLM in Law, Human Rights Law, International Law
- Experience: LLB – 4 years; LLM – 2 years
- Skills: Computer literacy, Amharic proficiency, knowledge of other local languages advantageous
- Locations: Head Office, Addis Ababa
