JOB POSITION & REQUIREMENTS
Position 1: Human Rights Officer
Qualifications and Experience
➠ MA/BA Degree in Law, Human Rights Law, International Law, Gender Studies, or related fields.
➠ 4 years of relevant experience for BA and 2 years of relevant experience for MA.
➠ Computer literateKnowledge of Amharic is required.
➠ Knowledge of other local languages is advantageous.
SALARY RANGE : Gross monthly salary of ETB 22,989.00 – ETB 27,380.00 plus ETB 7,200.00 Housing allowance and ETB 2,200.00 Transport allowance, depending on candidates qualification, experience and earning history.
Location : Mekele City Office
Position 2: Driver
Qualifications and Experience
➠ Relevant Driving license;
➠ High School graduate (10th grade complete);
➠ Diploma or Certificate in Auto mechanic is a plus;
➠ 2 years of experience working as a Driver. Field experience is a plus;
➠ Knowledge of Amharic is required. Knowledge of other local languages is advantageous.
SALARY RANGE : Gross monthly salary of ETB 7,915.00- ETB 9,162.00 plus ETB 3,600.00 Housing allowance and ETB 2,200.00 Transport allowance, depending on candidates qualification, experience and earning history.

Position 3: City Office Head
Qualifications and Experience
➠ MA in Human Rights Law, LLM in Human Rights, LLM in International Law, LLM in Law (Public Law relevant to Human Rights). Candidates with Bachelor of Laws (LLB) but with exceptional experience can be considered.
➠6 years of relevant experience with MA
➠ Experience in management of resources
➠ Computer literate
➠ Knowledge of Amharic is required. Knowledge of other local languages is advantageous.
SALARY RANGE : Gross monthly salary of ETB 40,109.00 – ETB 49,136.00 plus ETB 10,000.00 Housing allowance and ETB 2,200.00 Transport allowance, depending on candidates qualification, experience and earning history.
