About EHRC
The Ethiopian Human Rights Commission (EHRC) is a national human rights institution established to promote and protect human rights in Ethiopia.

Available Positions
1. HR Assistant – Talent Acquisition and HR Services
Education
BA Degree or Level IV Diploma in:
- Human Resource Management
- Business Administration
- Management
- Related fields
Experience
- 2 years of relevant experience with BA Degree
- 4 years of relevant experience with Diploma
- Knowledge of HRIMS system is a plus
Additional Requirements
- Computer literate
- Knowledge of Amharic is required
- Knowledge of other local languages is advantageous

2. Human Rights Officer – Monitoring and Investigation
Education
LLM or LLB Degree in:
- Law
- Human Rights Law
- International Law
Experience
- 4 years of relevant experience for LLB
- 2 years of relevant experience for LLM
Purpose of the Job
- Conduct day-to-day monitoring activities related to human rights in different sectors and levels
- Promote and protect economic and social rights
- Assist in the development and implementation of advocacy and campaign strategies
Additional Requirements
- Computer literate
- Knowledge of Amharic is required
- Knowledge of other local languages is advantageous

3. Senior Project Accountant
Education
BA Degree in Accounting and Finance
Experience
- 6 years of relevant experience
- Experience and knowledge of IFMIS and IPSAS is required
- Experience working with various donors is a plus

- Knowledge of Amharic and English is required
- Knowledge of other local languages is advantageous
