Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering or a related field.
- 3–7 years of experience in construction projects.
- Good knowledge of building construction methods, materials, and standards.
- Familiarity with construction contracts.
- Good quantity surveying and cost management skills.
Main Responsibilities
- Prepare quantity take-offs for building works.
- Check quantities against drawings and specifications.
- Prepare payment applications and final accounts.
- Review subcontractor payment requests.
- Manage project variations and claims.
- Assist with contract administration.
- Prepare project cost reports and cash flow forecasts.
- Work with project managers, engineers, procurement teams, clients, and subcontractors.
