Position Details
1. Accountant
Qualifications & Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree in Accounting or Finance
- Minimum 3 years of accounting experience in a construction company
- Strong communication skills
- Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines
- Willingness to work outside Addis Ababa

2. Warehouse Officer
Qualifications & Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree in Management, Logistics, Supply Chain Management, or related field
- College diploma in any art field with at least 2 years of experience
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)

3. Site Engineer
Qualifications & Requirements:
- BSc in Civil Engineering, Construction Technology & Management, or related field
- Minimum 2 years of relevant experience in construction
- International company experience is an advantage

Qualifications & Requirements:
- BSc in Civil Engineering or Construction Management (COTM)
- Fresh graduates up to 3–5 years of experience

Qualifications & Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree in Architecture, Civil, Electrical, Mechanical Engineering, or related field
- Minimum 5 years of relevant experience (1 year in an international company preferred)

6. Senior Site Engineer
Qualifications & Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering / COTM
- Minimum 4 years of relevant experience (international experience preferred)
- Specialized in road construction with extensive practical experience as a Site Engineer

7. Section Manager
Qualifications & Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering / COTM
- Minimum 5 years proven work experience, including 2 years as Senior Site Engineer
