Ethiopian Engineering Corporation (EEC) invites fresh graduates and qualified applicants to apply for the following job positions.
EEC–Construction Business Unit is engaged in high-end and complex construction projects, including high-rise commercial and residential buildings, real estate developments, infrastructure projects (roads, railways, airports), and water and energy sector construction.
The corporation continues to expand into multiple business units such as piling and foundation works, fit-out, solar energy solutions, electro-mechanical services, facility management, landscaping, and construction materials production.

Position 1: Assistant Attorney I (Litigation Support – Junior Level)
Educational Qualification
- Bachelor’s Degree in Law (LLB)
Experience
- 0 years (Fresh Graduate)
- Graduate of 2016/2017 E.C
- Minimum CGPA: 3.00
- Exit Exam Score: 75% and above
Additional Requirements
- Basic knowledge of civil procedure
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
- High level of integrity and willingness to learn

Experience
- 5 years and above relevant experience in a construction company

Educational Qualification
- BSc in Civil Engineering or Construction Technology and Management (COTM)
Experience
- Minimum 5 years of proven experience as Site Engineer / Senior Site Engineer
- Experience in managing large-scale or complex construction projects
- Ability to develop and implement effective strategies to meet time, cost, and quality targets
- International experience or experience with international companies is an advantage
- Proven track record in successful site/project management

Position 4: Project Manager / Site Manager

Educational Qualification
- MSc or BSc in Civil Engineering or Construction Technology and Management (COTM)
Experience
- 7 years and above relevant experience
- At least 2 years in a managerial position
- Proven experience in end-to-end project execution
- Experience in high-end, complex construction projects
- International experience or work with international companies is highly desirable
