POSITION 1: DATA ASSISTANT
Qualifications:
- TVET 10+3 Level 4 Diploma or equivalent in IT, Accounting, Secretarial Science, or related fields
- Minimum 2 years of relevant experience as a data clerk, secretary, or related role
Key Responsibilities:
- Collect and compile warehouse operation data
- Prepare Goods Receiving Notes (GRN) and Goods Issue Notes (GIN)
- Support documentation and reporting functions

POSITION 2: SAMPLER I
Qualifications:
- TVET 10+3 Level 4 Diploma or equivalent in Agribusiness or related field
- No prior experience required – fresh graduates encouraged to apply
Key Responsibilities:
- Draw and submit representative samples of coffee, grain, pulses, or oilseeds
- Follow ECX sampling standards and procedures

POSITION 3: IT SECURITY SPECIALIST
Qualifications:
- MSc/BSc in Computer Science, Information Systems, or related field
- 2 years (MSc) / 4 years (BSc) relevant experience in IT security or related fields
Key Responsibilities:
- Design and implement secure IT infrastructure standards
- Analyze and assess system vulnerabilities
- Execute incident response plans, monitor network activity
- Manage security tools such as firewalls, IPS, encryption systems
