JOB POSITION & REQUIREMENTS
Position: Senior Investigation and Enforcement Officer I
Qualification Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree or above in Law, Economics, Management, Accounting and Finance, Banking & Finance, Business Administration, or a field related to the Job function from an accredited or recognized learning institution.
- 4 years of relevant experience.
Specific Duties and Responsibilities:
- Conduct thorough investigations into suspected violations, including data gathering, analysis, and report preparation.
- Interview witnesses, gather testimonies, and collaborate with external parties as necessary.
- Prepare comprehensive investigation reports and recommendations for enforcement actions.
- Support senior team members in complex investigations, including case strategy development and evidence review.
- Ensure all enforcement activities are conducted in compliance with relevant regulations and internal policies.
- Collaborate with other departments such as legal and supervision to support the enforcement process.
- Maintain accurate and organized records of ongoing investigations and enforcement actions.
- Participate in training sessions and knowledge-sharing initiatives to stay updated on regulatory changes.
- Conducting research to understand complex financial transactions, instruments, and market practices relevant to ongoing investigations.
