Qualification Requirements
Applicants must possess a BA/BSc Degree in one of the following fields:
- Food Science
- Food Technology
- Biology
- Microbiology
- Public Health
- Environmental Health
- Nutrition
- Industrial Engineering
- Process Engineering
- Chemistry
- Physics
- Chemical Engineering
- Occupational Safety, Health & Environment
Experience
- Minimum of 2 years relevant experience in quality and safety assurance roles.
Preferred Experience Areas
Experience in the following sectors is advantageous:
- Airline Catering
- Food Production
- Manufacturing
- Industrial Services
Additional Requirements
- Familiarity with international food safety standards and audits is advantageous, including:
- IOSA
- OSHA
- ISAGO
- Codex
- ISO Standards
- GMP (Good Manufacturing Practices)
- Airline driving qualification may be applicable for employees assigned to safety assurance tasks.
Language Requirement
- Knowledge of Ethiopian Airlines’ working language (English) is mandatory.
- Knowledge of additional foreign languages is desirable.

- Maximum Age: 35 Years (inclusive)
